So, we had a rough check-in, and the staff seemed a bit confused with rates and upgrades. The room was comfy with lots of pillows, but the soap in the shower was empty! Breakfast had the usual stuff, but I was hoping for at least a muffin. The snack bar was a nice touch, though!

Also, I had to navigate around industrial fans in the hall, which was inconvenient. These small inconveniences made my stay less enjoyable.
